EAV IS A FAST GROWING e-cargo scale-up with a mission to change last mile deliveries through a unique ecosystem transformation. 

 

They needed a way of scaling their story at speed and scale, among prospects, influencers and investment community. 

 

They required support to lead a number of projects from high order value proposition strategy definition  - through to execution & delivery; without hiring a brand new team (which would take too long) and without just handing it over to an external agency (which would be too inefficient).

WE WORKED as a unique hybrid in-house/external team directly alongside the EAV CEO & Founder - Adam Barmby and their existing in-house sales team; with a focus on outcomes and output; mixing the highly strategic with the critically tactical. 

 

This meant working up and down all the levels - from defining a whole brand value proposition and manifesto; authoring a customer need state based segmentation to support sales & NPD, through to delivering creative assets and content to support their business-as-usual marketing & PR.
